Loan Procedures and Process

  •   Completely and Accurately fill-in form.
  •   Attach:
  1. Recent Payslip
  2. 3 months Bank Statement
  3. Confirmation Letter of Employment/ Contract
  4. Certified Copy of ID or Proof of Residence
  •   Scan and email to admin@lubane.co.sz / loans@lubane.co.sz
Loan Type
Development/ Ordinary loans
  • Limit is E400,000.00 without security and up to E500 000.00 with security.
  • Member can revolve loan after having paid 40% of the initial loan
School Fees loans
  • No limit, depends on your prospectus but payable over a maximum period of 36 months.
  • Member can revolve loan after having paid 40% of the initial loan
Emergency loans
  • Limit is E25 000.00 payable over not more than 18 months. Based on member’s savings.
Property Insurance Loan
  • No Limit, depends on car quote and yearly premium to be paid. Not Based on member’s savings.
Short loans
  • Access up to E7 000.00 payable over a period not exceeding 12 months.
Quick cash loans/Instant Loan
  • Access up to E3,000.00 payable over a period not exceeding 10 months.
