Affiliates
Members: Ownership of the SACCO and control through saving and using credit facilities as well as through the AGM.
Ministry of Finance: Regulation of the industry through legislation and accompanying regulations.
Banks: Sometimes competitors, but aslo providing banking facilities (and extra resources) required by the SACCO and its members.
Lawyers: Providing legal services to the SACCO. They need to understand how SACCOs operate (principles and legislation) to be relevant .
Auditors: Providing auditing services as provided for in the Co-operatives Act 2003, and the FSRA.
SASCCO: Have an oversight and leadership role to SACCOs operating in Swaziland.
Suppliers: Providing products and services required by the SACCO in order to perform its duties the best way possible.
Other SACCOs: They determine the size and vibrancy of the industry (setting the tone) through increased liquidity of members and competition to other SACCOs which normally result in improved service felivery overall.
Staff Members: Vital for execution of the SACCOs strategies and daily operations in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Management Committee: Providing cutting edge oversight for super-performance and competitiveness of the society.
Employers: Employers provide a pool from which Lubane can draw members and also assist in ensuring that Lubane is able to deduct from funds from employees from source.
